Versatile Flooring To Stand The Test Of Time

Epoxy flooring is a versatile and durable choice for a wide range of applications. The smooth and seamless surface is ideal for high-traffic areas such as shopping centres and gyms. Epoxy – is essentially a 100% solid resin that bonds well with the substrate – doesn’t degrade, is easy to maintain and is resistant to liquids, which also makes it ideal for commercial kitchens, workshops or any environment where spills can occur. An additive can be added into the epoxy to give a slip rating between P1-P5 (or R9-R13) making it ideal for commercial environments. We can also offer our commercial clients slip resistance certificates at project completion.

Epoxy flooring and surfaces are also increasingly popular in the home, particularly when customised to suit the décor of the room. Whatever the need, it is important to use high-quality materials, which is why we only work with the best epoxy suppliers in Australia. There are many different types of epoxy flooring to suite your style and needs, some of which include flake flooring, single colour coating and metallic flooring options. FAQ

Epoxy flooring is ideal for high-traffic areas such as shopping centers, gyms, commercial kitchens, workshops, and residential spaces that need a durable and spill-resistant surface.

Epoxy flooring is highly resistant to liquids and chemicals, making it perfect for environments where spills occur, such as commercial kitchens and workshops.

Yes, epoxy flooring can be customized with various finishes, including flake flooring, single color coatings, and metallic options, to suit your specific style and needs.

The difference between an epoxy floor and an epoxy floor coating lies in the depth of the epoxy. An epoxy floor must be at least two millimetres thick. Any less than that and it’s epoxy floor coating.

Customers have a wide variety of epoxy flooring types to choose from:

- Self-dispersing epoxy floors – very strong flooring that is perfect for areas of high traffic and heavy use.

- Self-dispersing epoxy floors with quartz sand – the addition of anti-slip properties.
Self-levelling epoxy floors – easy to clean and maintain so ideal for kitchens, dining rooms, etc.

- Mortar epoxy floors – the strongest of all epoxy floors available and also used to repair cracks before laying another type of epoxy floor.

- Epoxy anti-static floors – used in sensitive areas, like clean rooms, where a static-free environment is needed.

- Epoxy flaked floors – epoxy flooring with coloured chips or flakes laid within the floors for decoration. The flakes, which come in many different colours and combinations, also provide a slightly rough anti-slip surface.
